Arach&Cloz Wool-Blend Lightweight Cardigan — Army Blue

I wanted to love this sweater so bad. I was so excited... it was a good color and fairly soft for wool! but man it's such a weird sweater. First its SUPER THIN, so, so thin. So thin that when I unbuttoned it, the fabric pulled into these weird scalloped edge and the button holes wouldn't shrink back down. Plus the cut is a bit off, the armpits are super baggy, the arms super long. None of this would be awful if it wasn't just so thin (so its weight could make it hang nice, it was hard to wear straight even). I'm a solid large person (5'7" 165lbs) and the Large was just too baggy.

This relaxed fit sweater is very oversized. I followed the size chart and ordered my usual size medium. Could have easily gone with a small. I washed it and hung to dry, hoping for a bit of shrinkage but it still fits large. I'm keeping it because it's so comfortable and the fabric is nice. You definitely get that "wool smell" when you wash it but after it dries the odor is undetectable.

I purchased this sweater in a color to match another clothing item from the same seller but the colors, although both were called “coffee,” were different, so I returned it.

The cardigan itself is nice but it came with such an awful smell! I didn’t notice the odor until after removing the tag and washing. The smell was so strong it made all the other clothes in the same load smell just as bad. I had to rewash that load without this cardigan twice just to get the smell out. I’ve since been throwing the cardigan in with every load of laundry I’ve done for the past two weeks and the smell is just now starting to come out. The cardigan is thin with a loose fit. I ordered the apricot in a my usual size large. The color matches the images very well. I would be happy with this cardigan if not for the stench that clung to it. Hopefully this issue does not occur for anyone else. The item was well packaged and in a sealed plastic bag, so I’m not sure how this happened.

Nice, light sweater for I wanted for travel in spring. Good fit over long sleeve shirt. Like the anti-pilling knit fabric as well. Looks smart, casual.

Perfect fit, true color. Sweater is exactly as described. I will buy another.
